Alex quickly worked out why the cooling feature was not performing correctly. He installed three and a half pounds of freon to the system. This had a dramatic affect on the cooling quality. Alex worked rapidly and was professional, organized and timely. This helped me as we were expecting hot weather over the holiday weekend.
