What a great guy! Very trustworthy. Extremely knowledgeable about Dell. I was a case and he assured me instantly that he could fix my computer. He was close by and pucked it up from my apartment. The SAME day hours later it was truly actually repaired. He assisted me in getting into it, when I picked it up.He is so thorough patient explaining to a blonde who had was having a panick attack earlier.
