Tahir was incredibly helpful in setting up a new router, firewall and home network for our household since we've experienced problems of home network hacking/intrusions from outside parties. He also helped backup and format some of our computers that we suspected were compromised, and went out of his way to clean one that had some dust and debris. I tried to install a new switch and some wifi extenders. Somehow i ended up losing my entire wifi network. I saw the previous reviews about Tahir and decided to reach out to him. He was able to come to the house on a Saturday, within an hour of me reaching out to him.
He was able to diagnose the issue, and fixed everything. He really fixed the "rats nest" of wires I had and mounted both my router and my new switch. I did appreciate that he took the time to make it look professional and clean looking.
I would highly recommend reaching out to Tahir to do any home networking fixes or upgrades

I'm overdue leaving this review, but wanted to share my great experience with Tahir. He's super responsive, polite and professional! We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. On-site diagnostic service starts at $100 within the Los Angeles area. If you choose to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total service cost. Parts and labor are quoted separately based on your device model and issue. Discounts may be available for students, repeat customers, or bundled services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing the issue through Thumbtack messages or phone to understand the problem. If needed, we schedule an on-site or drop-off diagnostic visit. After identifying the exact cause, we provide a clear service quote including parts and labor. Once approved, we proceed with the repair or installation and perform full testing before completing the service.
