I loved working with Chef Elaine. I purchased a cooking lesson as a gift for my grandson & his girlfriend who both enjoy cooking. Elaine immediately responded to my request & was very eager to work with a variety of food allergies & preferences. She kept me in the loop as she worked with the kids to schedule their class & choose their menu. As soon as the class was over, the kids called me to tell me how fun the class was, how delicious the food was & how wonderful it was to meet Elaine & spend time with her. They were thrilled & so was I for selecting a gift they will never forget, that brought them so much joy. Thank you, Chef Elaine, for the remarkable experience. I would recommend you & your classes to anyone.

Deirdre, I so enjoyed cooking with you and your daughter, what a great kitchen tag team you are. I really love teaching vegans new approaches and you both were ready at the gate. Thank you for sharing a wonderful afternoon of nibbles and feasting, I hope that you'll use the tips I gave you for a lifetime. Elaine Good

Elaine helped my daughter and I with cooking lessons and menu ideas that would work with both of our dietary issues. We spent an afternoon together - through the magic of web cams. We prepared a vegetable lasagna, a spinach and strawberry salad, the most amazing miso soup ever and a squash and edamame treat that was out of this world. The dishes we prepared were made from fresh, organic ingredients that were gluten free, light on salt and most importantly quick and easy to prepare in our busy schedules. Elaine took every culinary and dietary issue of ours and came back with brilliant solutions. Elaine is knowledgeable and approachable with the ability to communicate what she knows without being preachy. I've ordered the Herblends seasonings, and she also has a cookbook. I'm very impressed her knowledge and abilities make great food and show us how she does it.

Thank you Emily, it is so nice of you to take the time to write a review. I just loved teaching you and Sarah to make those easy meals that were vegan and easy to take for lunch as leftovers or to eat as a hearty snack before a workout. Hope you make them over and over and that it was clear to you how to easily change the recipes to make them far from boring. Thank you again. Elaine Good
