Lamar and his staff did a great job cooking dinner and breakfast for my friends and I. They were very friendly and down to earth. His style catered towards our taste buds being that we are from South Carolina. I will totally use his service again when I’m Long Beach.

Chef knocked it out of the park from initial contact through the event. Very responsive, great communication, listened to our wants and needs. Incredible catfish, rib roast, and jambalaya. Our 65 guests raved about the food and called us after the event to talk about it. I will use chef again and again. I would rate him above excellent if it was allowed.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I started cooking with my grandmother mom and dad when I as young and after culinary school in New Orleans I’ve been cooking for family and friends and it branched off to parties and weddings and I never stopped I’ve only gotten better.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I’ve worked/catered for company parties/dinners, weddings, bridal parties, anniversary dinners, corporate dinner/luncheon parties, family dinners/brunches and even holiday dinners

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Order a pan of my “Big daddy Mac and cheese or a gallon of my famous Nola style gumbo and then once you’re done eating come back and book me.
