Under the Tuscan Fork

Ciao, my name is Floriana I was born and raised in Tuscany, Italy, surrounded by art , history and and the best food in the world! I was lucky enough to be raised in a family where food and tradition played a huge role in my life. Thinking back all my favorite memories involve food and big round tables, full of laughter, love and of course arguments. I knew I had a passion for food at a very young age. I started cooking consistently for myself , my family and my friends. I learned a lot through out the years and I traveled and lived all over Italy picking up different cooking styles and recipes. Life and love brought me here in the USA in 2012 and since then I have been teaching cooking classes. I will offer different levels of group classes, making it affordable for everyone to participate to it as my goal is to spread my passion .
