We are still working on a large (and challenging) deck project together but I must say, Denette and her team have made this process as easy as I could've hope for! Direct and clear communication, up front about costs and pricing, and sets realistic expectations. The experience has been so good that I have other work that I want them involved in as well. If you want a contractor who is easy to work with and up front about everything (let's acknowledge this isn't exactly the norm for the industry... unfortunately) then I'd say give Denette and Pacific Proworks a call.

Wow!!! What can I say other than we are so grateful to Pacific Proworks Inc., your whole team was incredible! The construction of our 1,000 Square foot ADU turned out better than expected, and the whole process for the ADU was seamless, from blueprints to completion. Denette helped me design the ADU to maximize the space and include features I wanted in a layout that took advantage of limited size and she suggested many features I had not thought about which really maximized the space. The guys showcased excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, and commitment to helping us finish within our budget. They managed the timeline effectively and navigated the zoning, planning and permits with ease. Delivering us a beautifully designed space that we are super proud of and will be using for added income giving us a great return on our investment. Thanks again Joseph, Denette, and all the guys for all your hard work and dedication to help us finish our ADU with no headaches. You made us feel like family and your transparency and full involvement made a lasting impression. You are the best! The craftsmanship Pacific Proworks provided for our kitchen remodel was exceptional to say the least. Our pricing is transparent and tailored to each project. We provide detailed estimates upfront with no hidden fees. Every quote includes labor, materials, permits, and timelines. While we don’t offer blanket discounts, we focus on delivering long-term value and helping clients stay within budget without sacrificing quality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free phone consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. Then, we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the project and provide a detailed quote. Once approved, we handle everything from planning and permits to construction and final walkthrough. You’ll have one point of contact throughout the entire project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and ADU builds in the Los Angeles area. We’re licensed by the CSLB, stay current on code updates, and work only with trusted subcontractors who meet California compliance standards. We also stay up-to-date on zoning laws, permit regulations, and energy requirements in LA County.
