- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary on service type and frequency. For example, discounts are awarded to clients who book weekly classes/multiple sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect with the customer to talk about what their needs are over email, phone or text. Typically I ask: 1. What style of dance do you want to learn? 2. How many individuals will be in the session and what're their ages? 3. Would you prefer to dance in a studio or in your home/backyard? (I can make accommodations for both preferences) 4. How much dance experience do you (or the individuals taking the class) have? 5. What're your goals (i.e. physical fitness, artistry, a new hobby, upcoming dance competition, recreation for children)?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Dance, a certification from the American Ballet Theatre in Ballet curriculum, and over 15 years of training and professional experience!
