I have over 20 years of dance experience, beginning my training at a young age through competitive dance, performing arts education, and professional performance opportunities. Throughout my career, I have trained in multiple styles and have performed on various stages. I danced professionally for the Sacramento Kings for eight years, gaining extensive experience in live entertainment, choreography, and high-energy performances. My journey in dance has allowed me to work in diverse environments, develop my versatility as a performer, and build a deep appreciation for the artistry, discipline, and culture behind movement. Dance has always been a part of my life, both personally and professionally. My mother has owned and operated a dance studio in Sacramento for over 20 years, where our focus has always been on dancer development. Growing up in this environment gave me firsthand experience in the importance of technique, discipline, confidence, creativity, and providing dancers with the tools they need to grow both on and off the stage. Being part of this legacy has shaped my approach to dance education and strengthened my passion for developing the next generation of dancers. Beyond performing, I have spent years teaching, mentoring, and developing dancers of different ages and skill levels. My approach goes beyond learning choreography. I believe in understanding the history and foundation of each style while creating an environment where dancers feel empowered to express themselves authentically. Whether I am performing, teaching, choreographing, or developing creative programs, my goal is to use dance as a tool for self-expression, personal growth, and community impact.
