An excellent tutor for Statistics and Probability. Very insightful and extremely accommodating schedule wise. I recommend him highly.Oct 23, 2016Verified
I hired JD to tutor me in my Statistics class. He is an outstanding tutor and gave me the most professional sessions I could imagine. I really struggled with the material, as I had attempted the class on my own once before. With JD's help I am currently at an A- with a week left of class. Thanks JD!Jun 21, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I generally price by the hour, depending on what's needed. I can also work out a fixed-price service if that's desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We start with a general orientation conversation, in which we discuss the problems being encountered and what I might be able to help with. I then let the client identify specific needs, and we establish a schedule for help, if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a PhD in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan, where I studied advanced statistics and research methods. I've taught these subjects and many more at seven different universities, and worked with hundreds of students over more than 25 years. I've published about 75 research articles and presentations. I've worked with RAND Corporation on many major research studies.
