I recommend Same Day Appliance Repair as they more than live up to their namesake. One call to them and a repairman is dispatched to your front door the very same day.
Mike who answers the phones is there to lend any support and offers a very friendly service. My assigned repairman was Igor and despite not being able to fix my fridge after a few visits (it was goner for sure) was very diligent and knowledgeable. He comes round, diagnoses the problem - you pay a call out charge of $59 if you decide not to go with the estimate and repairs. If you do, the call out charge is waived or included in the estimate.
When it was determined that Igor couldn't fix my fridge at a reasonable price (it would have cost double the fridge's value to fix it - new compressor- if I had gone ahead hence me deciding to buy a new fridge instead), my repair charge was refunded to me minus call out charges which was very fair.
All in all, Same Day are easy going and friendly providing an efficient service at a reasonable price.

From the moment he arrived, their was professionalism and expertise were evident. He greeted me with a friendly demeanor and displayed a deep understanding of the appliance issue at hand.
During his assessment he took the time to explain the problem clearly and provided me with various options for resolving the issue. His explanations were easy to understand, which made me feel informed and involved in the decision-making process.
I have ordered the part that needs replacing and he is coming back to install it. I know he is going to do a great job with no issues.

Roman was great! We hired him to remove our over the range vent hood and reinstall it after repairs to the electrical outlet. He was very knowledgeable, professional and resort full.
