From the moment he arrived, their was professionalism and expertise were evident. He greeted me with a friendly demeanor and displayed a deep understanding of the appliance issue at hand.
During his assessment he took the time to explain the problem clearly and provided me with various options for resolving the issue. His explanations were easy to understand, which made me feel informed and involved in the decision-making process.
I have ordered the part that needs replacing and he is coming back to install it. I know he is going to do a great job with no issues.

Roman responded immediately, made it over to my house within the hour. He thoroughly checked out our broken washer, determined the problem, and ordered the part. A couple of days later when the part arrived, he texted me, came over, installed the part, den the washer through a couple of cycled to make sure it was working properly. Roman was not only prompt and did a great job, what little mess there was, he totally cleaned up. Also, what he carved to do the job was very fair. I’d gladly reach out to him again should I have an issue with another appliance.

Roman was great! We hired him to remove our over the range vent hood and reinstall it after repairs to the electrical outlet. He was very knowledgeable, professional and resort full.
