- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a range of services from standard hourly representation to discounted limited scope services. I do not offer "pro bono" services, and cannot provide free legal advice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a brief intake consultation free of charge, to understand the potential client’s needs and discuss terms of representation. Once hired, a longer initial meeting will follow to get the matter underway.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received specialized litigation training in law school (Concentration in Litigation), and have received recent training in family law from the California Family Law Review and the Los Angeles Bar Association. I carry the IAPP’s CIPP/US privacy credential, the Certified E-Discovery Specialist credential from ACEDS.
