Veronica was great with potty training my puppy, Max. After couple months of trying to potty train my 5 month puppy myself without success, I dropped off Max at Veronica’s and come a week later, it was as if my puppy was hypnotized, doing his business outside. Veronica was very professional and provided a detailed e-mail on when to take the dog out (after meals, etc.) Will use her services again later for further training on commands. 5 star service and price. Thank you!

It's amazing how fast my dogs behaviour changed due to K9 Vacay! Hiring her is a must if your dog is a complete bratt! I literally saw change the first time she met my dog. My dog just just listened to her and behaved soo much better. She taught me how I should treat my dog and how to react in different situations. Amazing experience! I would definitely recommend K9 Vacay to anyone with a fur baby. If she helped my Siberian Husky, she can help any dog!

Veronica is great with Bourbon my Boston Terrier. In the time that he has known her she has helped me with Training, taken him when I had to fly out for work, take him for walks. It's great to find someone who loves what they do and most important has patience.

I was extremely unhappy when I picked up my French Bulldog from Veronica at K9vacay. I left explicit instructions on how he was to be cared for and it was clear that my requests were ignored. 1. I left medicated wipes for his folds to be wiped. He now has two infections on his folds under his eyes. His vet said that this was due to caking and dirt not being wiped off his face. 2. He has a rash on his testicles again which the vet again stated could of been prevented if she used the wipes per my request. 3. He has an ear infection in both ears now. 4. I requested he be fed on a specific schedule 7:00am and 7:00pm. When I picked him up at 5;00pm she claimed he had already eaten dinner however the vet stated he had a completely empty stomach as if he hadn’t eaten in days. I could also tell by the green poop caked on his fur that whatever she did give him was not according to the very strict diet that I have him on. All of these instructions that I provided were not only spoken to her but listed in a note with his items. She clearly decided that she would care for my dog the way she wanted and not how we requested. Her lack of care over the past week just cost me $750 at the vet. I am beyond furious and heartbroken. I should’ve never entrusted her with my frenchie.

K9 Vacay LA's reply
Hello Ashlee, I apologize if you were not happy with the service provided. I assure you that we took exceptional care of your pup as per your instructions, left in the note that you provided. He was feed at the hours you advised. I assure you he was feed and walked prior to your arrival as is customary for pick ups. We wipe down the pups every night before bed but we are not groomers. We did have a quick session prior to your departure. I also apologies if you did not understand that the review of commands we went through prior to your departure was a session. I also advised that we had two follow-ups after he was picked up from training. You advise me that he was better on his walks, when we walked him together and I explained the commands. I advised you of the slow command. You also saw that he understood commands off sit and stay and go to your room which we went over. We also took him on many walks and he exercise regularly.Thank you for your business
