BEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!! I’ve been working with so many companies but this guys are something else! They’ve been taking care of my 13-unit multi-family property. First the guys provided the best quote out of all the companies I checked out. My units were all unfurnished and they INVESTED THEIR OWN MONEY into the furniture and made it fully furnished and made a photo shoot , they've been doing an awesome job ever since. Constant inspections, and really good tenants. They handle everything from rent collection to maintenance, and they treat my property like it's their own. I haven't heard any complaints from my tenants, so I know they're doing something right! These guys are super professional and really know what they're doing. One of the main things was that they don’t charge me for the tenant like all the other companies, there is no extra fees they have. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Neoplace to anyone looking for a property management company. They make my life so much easier as a real estate investor, and I know I can trust them to take care of my property. Thank you guys! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

This is A+++ Duct Cleaning Service Company! I had an AMAZING experience with this company at our office in Santa Fe Springs and look forward to hiring them to clean my house vents soon. Well, and this is going to be a long and detailed review, so strap in and put your seatbelts on. I was diagnosed with environmental allergies early in my teens. They have been in remission for nearly two decades now so I was surprised when when we moved in to this new office in near Norwalk over a year ago and I started sneezing daily while working here. Now if you are in an enviorment like your home or office and you sneeze once a day , thats fine, but if you sneeze like 5 times in a row or you sneeze over 7-10 a day, you have an allergy to that enviorment. That was what was happening to me. I had the carpets cleaned. I had the walls repainted, I called a window cleaner who steam cleaned the office windows inside and out. I had the AC Filter changed twice! I WAS STILL SNEEZING. I did further research and found out about the possibility of the ducts. Because I often sneezed when the A/C was on. I looked up and found Aura Duct Care. Called, also texted on thub tack, their dispatch was responsive and did their best to fit me into their schedule. They came on a Sunday , two young guys introduced themselves and got to work efficiently. They answered all my questions which I appreciated. They took the ducts off and started running their Aura Machine though the duct system and their cleaning brush (their brush makes noise but it doesn’t damage anything). BRO! This worked amazingly because when they turned the system back on and I took my mask and stood under one of the AC VENTS and I DID NOT SNEEZE ANYMORE. I was then shown the filter system by one of the Aura Duct Care Team and WOW. Dirty is an understatement. I will let my photos show the evidence. People, the air you breathe is SUPER important, I think everyone knows now because of Covid how important it is to breathe clean air. I was lied to by management that the “ducts were new”. Do yourself a favor and invest in your HEALTH and clean your ducts at least yearly. if you are breathing in dust and contaminants from your ducts? do you think that its healthy? Cannot Say More Good Things about this company . I would recommend them for both office/commercial and or residential. I felt like I was treated like family. :)

UPDATE: I spoke with a manager from Aura Duct Care and they were able to resolve my issues. Because they were responsive to the feedback about the issues I had, I’ve updated their review from a 3* to a 4*. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I had hoped to be able to give Aura a 5* review because they were very responsive and scheduled quickly. This is a hard one to rate, because for the actual work of cleaning the vents, they did great. I dropped them to a 4* when I found a rusty nail they’d vacuumed out of my bathroom vent still in the floor of the bathroom - where I stepped on it. Final evaluation is 3* because after they left, I walked around the house and found more debris - on carpet, on wood floors, on furniture, etc. Even after I told them about the rusty nail, they didn’t go back and clean up after themselves. Which means I have to go behind them cleaning up. If they can correct this lack of attention to detail, I’d use them again. But for this first time, my experience was just average.

Very pleasant experience! They were very responsive and accommodating for me. They cleaned my dryer vent quickly and properly. And left the area looking cleaner than before. Very friendly and very kind.

Eddie and Ted were great to work with. They arrived on time and called twenty minutes before their arrival. They cleaned my dryer duct which had never been cleaned since I owned my home and gave me information on how frequently to maintain it. They were professional and friendly. I will definitely choose them for future services.
