I bought a new home and rene installed new recessed can lighting in the bar area, at the top of the stairs, and the bedroom. He installed a drop ceiling fan on a 16-foot high vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans in two bedrooms where there is no attic space above (lots of extra work involved), replaced 4 light switches to dimmer switches including a dipole one for my stairs, replaced all the old wiring, installed a light in my garage for laundry area (desperately needed), installed new light fixtures in bathroom vanity areas and exhaust fans & heaters with lights and night lights in the bathrooms, and replaced all the outlet switches. He was careful so as to not break anything or leave dirty or overly-messy areas inside the house. I was so pleased with everything. It totally changed the look of my home from outdated 70's home to stylishly updated and energy efficient.

Rene was recommended by my sister. She was very impressed by the work he had performed at her home. I live in Palm Springs, CA and Rene traveled here from Los Angeles. Rene was very professional and always on time. While he was here he ran wiring out to a newly installed fountain in the front of my house, removed a ceiling fan and rewired for recessed lighting, tightened my 3 remaining fans so they were quieter and didn't shake anymore, removed lighting from my garage and installed recessed LED lighting, installed a new oven and microwave, installed a new energy efficient pool pump, installed a new underwater light in my pool. re-ran wiring that was hidden behind my refrigerator and gave me a new outlet in my garage. He put in new light switches in most of my rooms. I know he did more but he did so much it is hard to keep track. He found a couple of fire hazards for which i am eternally grateful. He certainly went above and beyond what I have ever experienced with a contractor before. Always smiling and eager to do a great job. He was always patient, even when I kept adding on more jobs (since he was so good). Luckily, he was able to stay in Palm Springs for a couple of days! I will definitely use him again in the future. He's the best!!

Renee gives excellent advice and fulfills his jobs in a timely and professional manner. He replaced our pool light, added LED lighting in our back yard, and everything looks fantastic! For our back yard lights, he installed a "smart switch" so we can control all the lighting from inside the house - even the pool light!
