HIRE THEM!!! Since moving to CA, I've had the worst luck with reliable contractors. I have been trying to get my outdoor refrigerator fixed for months but my GC kept giving me excuses on why he couldn't send an electrician. I contacted Polo Electric on a Tuesday night and had a response within an hour! I booked an appt for Thursday at noon and they arrived Thursday at noon. They informed me that the recommendation from my GC wasn't to code and could cause a fire! They diagnosed the problem with my outdoor refrigerator, provided a quote, went to a local store to purchase the parts, and it was fixed 10 minutes later for a fraction of the cost. Although I didn't list this on my original request, I mentioned a problem with an outdoor light. Within an hour, it was fixed. They AMAZING!! I will never use another electrician while I live here. Hire them. You won't regret it.

My trouble was confusing but they didn’t give up. I’m guessing their experience drove them until they finally resolved my issue. I didn’t tell them, but one other company who came out, could find the problem and suggested tearing into the wall to replace wires. They’re definitely on my “good guy” list

I know a lot about a lot of things. Diagnosing electrical systems in a home is not one of them ... well rather I don't want to do it. Then I come across Hamlet with Polo Electric, a guy with a great personality, very family oriented, caring and knowledgeable in his trade. He not only identified and fixed everything while crouched in the small hot attic space but even took the time to show me what he did, why he did it and how certain things can be further prevented. We even discussed some future projects I had in mind and he was already telling me what things I should consider. It's not a project I'm ready to start yet but it's good to know that someone like Hamlet will be around. He is a great guy and I look forward to contacting him again on my future projects. Thanks!
