- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every month I offer discounts on certain packages. Each month is different and never the same throughout the year. My company offers packages that include multiple sessions as well as Intimate Wedding Planning and Photography. We are forever evolving and would love to be a part of your memories frozen in time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to get to know them as well as I can. I especially like to learn about them and hear what they have to say about themselves, their partner, or family members if they are included in the shoot, that way I can truly capture the memories they are looking for. Taking on new clients is always so special; I get to meet new people and give them a glimpse it is to what I see in them, and their special moments frozen in time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients; Parents with young children, couples, families, companies looking to boost their social media presence, grandparents, you name it. We strive to make sure all of our clients are genuinely taken care of and provided with the highest quality we can offer.
