- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each event is unique, the details are important for determining the final rate. The basic info submitted to Thumbtack allows us to provide an initial quote which we do our best to adhere to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon approval of the initial quote we would hop on a call to go over the final details to achieve the customer's confidence moving forward. Once the final rate is approved we would lock in the date and square away any necessary paperwork (ie. invoice, W9 form, insurance, etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it comes to training, there's no substitute for experience. Our small roster of DJs have been playing regularly throughout SoCal for years, and have handled countless corporate and private events.
