What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mandarin lessons begin at $50 per hour. A 30-minute introductory lesson is available for $25, and a four-lesson package is $180. Résumé editing and professional formatting begin at $90. Final pricing depends on the client’s goals and the amount of work required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a short conversation about the client’s current level, goals, preferred learning style, and availability. I then create a personalized lesson or service plan. For résumé clients, I review the current résumé and target position before beginning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a native Mandarin speaker with a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science. My professional background includes customer service, operations support, data analysis, and working with clients from different backgrounds.
