Professional, courteous, prompt response and honest! I called for an inspection due to bits on my arms. I'd saved anything I thought might be a sign of a pest for George to look at. His advice and insights gave me much comfort and his integrity helped me feel I could trust him. He even guided me to consult a termite specialist and didn't speculate on one of the samples. George is confident in his ability to take care of your needs, but never pushy. It turned out I don't have bed bugs but I would recommend Gorilla Pest Control if you are concerned that you do!

George was great and very helpful and knowledgeable. I have not seen anymore bugs and really like the 2 month warranty in case they come back!
Thanks George!

George is very professional. His team came to the property as scheduled and completed the fumigation in a reasonable time. Although the first fumigation didn't do the job, George had a two month guaranteed so I had him go back out again to redo the units to kill those roaches. Hopefully the second time is all we need. Thank you

George was honest about what he could do and what he could not.
I like having a 5-week contract. George set traps in the attic, garage, and several rooms. Angel will be coming each week to pick up the rats and set the traps again.
But here's the special part. If we have traps that need emptying before next week, then we only have to call the company and someone come to empty them. Not me, but I can if I want to.
George pointed out all the holes that the rats possibly could get through and the ones that showed signs of rats. Because of the age and brittleness of my roof, he could not give me a one year warranty. But getting a new roof is on my to do list this year, so we may use his company to cover the holes a later date. We can cover some of it ourselves until that time.

FAQs
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't believe it when an exterminator tells you that preparation for bedbugs is not really necessary.
