George Castillo provided pest extermination at my home and rental property. He was professional and thorough. George was honest about what he could do and what he could not. I like having a 5-week contract. George set traps in the attic, garage, and several rooms. Angel will be coming each week to pick up the rats and set the traps again. But here's the special part. If we have traps that need emptying before next week, then we only have to call the company and someone come to empty them. Not me, but I can if I want to. George pointed out all the holes that the rats possibly could get through and the ones that showed signs of rats. Because of the age and brittleness of my roof, he could not give me a one year warranty. But getting a new roof is on my to do list this year, so we may use his company to cover the holes a later date. We can cover some of it ourselves until that time.
