Civil Mediation

In feedback from people with whom I mediate, they consistently say that they were comfortable with the process (even if they had been anxious beforehand), that they were able to express what they needed and wanted to say, and that they felt I was even-handed in helping all sides - all of which helped them get to the heart of the matter. This is a process that enables people to maintain control of their situation - rather than feeling like they are on a runaway train. Helping facilitate frank discussion often reveals common ground and supports mutual respect that then enables mutual agreement.
