FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I believe in total transparency. I offer both flat-fee packages for specific projects and hourly rates for smaller consultations. I always provide a detailed estimate upfront so there are no surprises. Plus, for design projects, I often share my ‘trade-only’ discounts with clients, which can help offset the cost of the service

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I start with an Initial Discovery Call to understand your goals, budget, and ‘must-haves.’ Following that, I create a visual concept or mood board to ensure we’re aligned on the aesthetic. Once approved, I handle the heavy lifting—sourcing, logistics, and execution—keeping you updated every step of the way until the final reveal

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
