Installers were very knowledgeable and completed my fence and gates within a reasonable time without any problems. I would have wanted to have a cross bar to add strength to my gates when we encounter Santa Anna winds.

I needed a fair-price estimate for a replacement fence project for my 90+ year-old father’s home. His neighbor hired his own contractor and completed the project but wanted dad to pay half. Ergeon’s got back to us before anyone else and while I had offered to pay for an estimate (since the project was complete and they would not get the business) they sent a free estimate based on pictures and scope. Ergeon’s price was less than 1/2 the cost of the other contractor’s price, saving dad more than $1000.

I recently had my fenceinstalled by this company and overall, I’m happy with the results. The quality of the installation was solid and the finished product looks great.
Communication throughout the project was generally good—they were responsive and kept things moving. There were a few issues with the quote early on, as it had to be revised multiple times, but to their credit, they addressed and corrected everything.
In the end, the work was done well and I’d consider using them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our fences, pricing is based on linear footage of fencing you need. We confirm those measurements in person during an on site visit. The type of fence you choose and whether or not it has a gate also affects the price.
To provide you a fast and hassle-free quote, we create an exterior blueprint of your property through publicly available satellite imagery and base your price off those measurements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a team member contacting you within 24 hours after you submit a request. Instead of waiting for an on-site visit, we do a video call to measure your yard, help you visualize your project, and tailor an accurate quote in minutes. Once you approve the quote online, Ergeon coordinates scheduling, permits (if needed), and the installation.
