FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on several important factors: the cost of materials, the complexity of the project, and the time required to complete the work. Every project is different, and once we finalize the design and details, I carefully calculate the materials needed and the level of difficulty involved to provide a fair and accurate price. What I want customers to know is that my work is not just about fabrication—it’s about creating something they truly love. Many times, clients come to me with their “dream fence” or a unique vision, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I put my heart into every project, making sure we communicate clearly so the final result is exactly what they imagined. I also believe in being competitive while maintaining the highest quality. I provide as much information as possible so clients don’t overspend on materials or features they don’t really need. My goal is to keep the process smooth, with excellent communication, on-time delivery, and results that come with 100% satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process with Clients The first step usually begins with a phone call, where we talk about your project and your specific needs. I’ll ask you to explain your idea in detail so I can fully understand what you’re looking for. Based on the type of work we do, I may also suggest additional options that could be helpful for your project. Next, I’ll ask you to send me a picture of the area or idea. Once I receive it, I will send you a few reference pictures of similar work so you can see what might interest you. If you like what you see, I’ll schedule an in-person visit to take exact measurements and provide you with an accurate price estimate. When we both agree to move forward, we ask for a 50% deposit to start the project. The remaining balance is paid once the project is completed to your satisfaction. Project timelines vary depending on size and complexity. Some projects may take just one or two days, while others may require one to two weeks, or even longer for larger projects. All of this information, including the agreed timeline, will be clearly specified in the contract, which we review and sign together before work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 40 years of hands-on experience in ironworks, specializing in custom iron projects, automatic remote-control gates, and intercom systems. Early in my career, I completed courses in welding, electrical systems, and intercom installation, which gave me a strong technical foundation. Most of my knowledge, however, comes from decades of practical experience working directly with clients and completing a wide variety of projects. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for reliability, safety, and quality. I’m proud to say that in all these years, I have never had any legal issues, accidents, or disputes with clients, employees, or helpers. At 60 years old, I feel confident in my work and continue to earn the trust of homeowners, contractors, and business owners, as reflected in the positive reviews across different platforms.
