- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For clients with $2M+ in assets, our tiered asset-based fee structure is shown below. Fees are pulled quarterly in advance. For those with less than $2M, we offer flat fee engagements starting at $5,000/year with an optional investment management component. $0 - $1M = 1.00% $1M - $5M = 0.75% $5M - $10M = 0.50% $10M - $25M = 0.40% Above $25M = 0.30%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here's how we'll work together: 1. A 15–30 Minute Intro Call We'll talk through your goals, financial situation, and what you're hoping to get out of the process. You'll get a feel for how I work, and we'll decide if it makes sense to move forward. 2. Discovery + Assessment After our intro call, I'll request a few key documents and run a detailed review of your financial life — income, investments, taxes, cash flow, estate plan, the whole picture. You'll get a free, no-pressure assessment that outlines what's working, what needs attention, and where I can help. 3. Implementation + Ongoing Support If you decide to move forward as a client, I'll help you create a financial plan and develop an investment strategy built to support that plan. We'll put your strategy into action — whether it's optimizing your tax plan, adjusting investments, or preparing for a major life event. We'll stay in close contact through email, Zoom, and check-ins to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
