- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a fee based financial planning and investment management firm. Financial planning fees vary by size and complexity. Investment management fees are based upon the percentage of assets. Larger asset sizes get greater discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients go through a thorough onboarding process where we gather information on their goals, desires and challenges, as well as their financial situation. We ask them to go through an investor profile questionnaire to determine their risk tolerance. We then model their financial future using state of the art planning software. Throughout our process we will be trying to determine the best course of action for the client and make recommendations that are in their best interest based upon the goals and objectives they have established.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our advisors all hold master's degrees in finance or business and hold several certifications in the field of planning and plan management. They also have extensive training from Fortune 100 companies in the area of financial planning and advisory.
