Greetings, The technician came and worked on my vent. I thought it was complete; however, the following day I was experiencing the same problems. I called the company and explained there were continued problems. I was told the tech can come back and trouble shoot but for a charge. A contractor from a different company was already scheduled to be at my home the following day and looked at the vent. The other contractor recorded them exploring the vent which revealed it was not totally cleaned out as the technician stated it was clean. I reached out and informed the company of these findings and sent the video and pictures… the company said they would send it to the tech and the tech would contact me. The tech never contacted me so I reached back out to the company that said they could not tell me a time frame that the tech would contact me, they did not offer anything to me for the job not being done properly… most of the communication occurred through text message which I have. I reached out May 5 when the issue reoccurred, I reached out May 18 with the video and picture. I still haven’t heard anything back… I reached out today with no response… I paid over $400 dollars, I would like at least half my money back since the job was not completed.
