Amazing! I have taken five CPR/First Aid courses before and this was by far the best, most informative, most lively one, that I actually remember series and techniques from. It was not all about breath and compression ratios that we had to remember for a test. We got useful, helpful information that will be able to aid in helping save a life if that situation presents itself. We also got a very handy book and glove. It was a long training that I was dreading but Bob's dynamic storytelling with on the job experience and ability to move students between activities every 5-10 minutes kept our attention for the whole time. The practice on dummies, both adult and child, was incredibly helpful as you can actually feel what you are supposed to do with compression. I recommend this to EVERYONE. This class was two adults and 8 teenagers (16-19), and all of the kids who thought they would never be able to sit for that many hours (they don't during the school day), actually did, and commented on how amazing Bob was as a teacher. I plan to hire Bob when we need to re-certify all of our staff at school. Bob was also great at answering questions for all of us and managed the classroom exceptionally.
