- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read a lot of different articles and watch videos from a group of trainers that I trust. Before I do any of these exercises on a client, I try them on my own to see if it really is a necessary action that needs to be incorporated into my training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been an active person, and after years of indecision on a profession, I realized that my love and passion always came back to fitness. It's something I wanted to be around more often and I couldn't be happier with that decision.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I deal with a lot of people that have issues with posture. They usually sit at a desk for long periods of time and have tightness in their hips and neck areas. My main goal is to make you feel better. If I can make that happen, then I am doing my job. The exterior results will always come with that.
