- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price should never become a barrier to martial arts training. I was fortunate to have student under several true Grandmasters who always demanded that I come to training...even when my family had no money to pay. I cleaned the dojo and helped the school and my fellow students in many other ways.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial pre-enrollment conference will help both the instructor and student assess and determine if the type of martial arts instruction offered is a match with the student's short and long term goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
