- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard price packages that can be found in the wedding section of my website. These packages will just give you a general idea of my pricing. The range is based on the type of flowers, number and size of arrangements that you want. In a floral consultation we will talk all about your wedding and I will get all the details I need to give you an accurate, itemized price quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a call or email inquiring about my services, after a few general questions including available dates and price ranges I usually like to set up a floral consultation either in person, or sometimes on the phone to go over all the details of your day. After that I will send you an itemized price estimate that includes everything we talked about. Once we decide to work together I will send over a contract and you will be asked to put down a small deposit to hold the date. At this point I usually will put together a pinterest board for you or you can share me on a floral board you already have. We will nail down a final look and I will visit the venue with you. At that point most of the work will go behind the scenes, I will be ordering, buying and planning for your big day. The week of your wedding I will be fully focused on your florals, my team and I will go pick up floral orders at 4:30am, we will cut and prep hundreds (or thousands) of stems, and we will put in countless hours arranging beautiful blooms that will transform your day.
