FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work personally, this gives you quality and reliability. This approach saves you money. You are insured against mistakes that others may make. I don't charge any hidden fees. I try to be more helpful than you expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After booking, I try to respond to you ASAP. If I'm busy with work, I'll definitely answer you in the evening. Sometimes I ask you for details of the upcoming work in order to think through the steps to complete it in advance. (Thank you for the photos, links and any information that may help). After we have agreed on the financial terms of my work and confirmed this, I will ask you to clarify the address where I need to come. (Thank you for the additional information about parking) Please make sure your item is already in the room/place where you want it assembled/installed before the appointment. If your item needs moving, I can help you, but if it is a very heavy item, you may need the help of movers. I use protective shoe covers or replacement shoes for work. I can use a protective mask if you ask me to. After the job is done, I try to leave the room/place clean, sweep the floor, put the trash in a bag and I put the trash in your property's trash bin, can if this is necessary for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At High School 75 I studied carpentry (certificate B2109918) and was interested in it for several years, creating with my own hands various products from wood and plywood. After I studied in High School 14 in special engineering and mathematics classes (certificate A9506236), I entered the Yaroslavl State Technical University and successfully graduated with a degree in Engineering (diploma VSG3563437). I continued to apply my knowledge in practice and after studying, for 9 years I created with my own hands a manufactory for the production of garden furniture. I had experience as a general contractor. In the process of renovating the building for my manufactory, I created wooden corner posts, beams, studs, ceiling joist, floor, roof, storage shelving, furniture and other equipment. I created a welding shop, a metalworking shop and a storage system made of wooden elements. Additionally, I had experience installing kitchen cabinets, storage systems and assembling various furniture. Now I am a professional assembler and installer of any cabinets, closets and shelving sistems.
