- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• Hourly rate: $111/hr (before tax). • All sessions are subject to 3-7 hour minimums based on projected work and travel time. Small = 3 hours. Medium = 5 hours. Large = 7+ hours. • All “Organization,” “Packing & Unpacking,” and “Combination Package” sessions are 7 hours unless otherwise agreed upon. • 50% deposit due on booking. • This amount is to be paid by Cash or Credit Card via Square (square reader)-50% deposit due on booking. Balance is due at the end of each session, on the date of service. Square Credit/Debit Card fees are as follows: Swipe (2.6% + $0.10¢), Manual (2.9% + $0.30) & Online Store (3.5% + $0.15). • Additional services (ex: heavy lifting, stairs, moving, and holidays): $50/per service. • Holidays, Weekends & Jobs after 7pm: $166.50/hour ($111/hour x time and a half). • A Nominal trip charge of $0.56/mile will apply to any distance. • All materials needed to implement particular systems will be purchased at the expense of the client with client’s authorization.
