My garage door was making horrible noises while operating. I called All Access and couldn't be more happy from the moment they answered the phone until they left from fixing my door at such a low cost. The tech was very knowledgeable and quick, arrived on time, and even the receptionist on the phone calling after the service call for quality control was a real treat, very pleasant and fun to work with, kinda wish she would call again!!! I couldn't be more pleased with All Access. From beginning to end, the process was smooth and easy. I had worried (needlessly) that the repair to our garage door was going to be a headache, both logistically and cost-wise. But All Access kept everything simple and straightforward (and within the price I had been quoted). Moreover, our technician was as pleasant as he was efficient. I'm thinking I won't be needing their service anytime soon, but I'd like to offer up this review in hopes that others benefit as I did. Thank you!!

We didn't need anything major, our garage door was just squeaking and running a little rough, but we'd been putting off servicing it for fear it would cost too much. Our neighbor recommended All Access and the guy showed up on time, assessed what needed to be done, did the work in under an hour, and gave us a fair price. Knowing we have such a reliable and affordable service, we won't wait so long next time! Highly recommend.

Adam our installer did a great job. He was very upfront about the costs and kept to his word. He did not replace anything that did not need replacing and did so with saving money in mind. It was a great experience.

Unprofessional and deceitful, consider yourself warned. They will trick you into thinking the project is much bigger than what it actually is. I had them come in for a simple sensor change (which was already stated in project description as the source of the problem). Their technician shows up, wires a new sensor backward and claims that “see it’s not the sensor, you need a whole new opener”. He quotes me 30% higher than another project I did a month ago. He also says I don’t have the part I have to go home to get it (probably homedepot). He disappears for 1 hours, I decide to go and check the sensor wiring and sure enough it is wired backwards. I wire up the sensors correctly and sure enough everything works. Calls the tech to come back and he shows up an hour later (2hours at this point), and he wants $220 of labor + $60 for each (he spent a total of 10minutes at the job).
