On occasion, technician availability can change due to prior jobs requiring additional time or urgent service needs that arise unexpectedly, and when that happens we notify customers as soon as possible. While adjustments are sometimes necessary in a service-based business, our intent is always to reschedule promptly and ensure the work is completed properly and professionally.

Guy was on time, gave a quick quote with options and then replaced the motor right on the spot, told him he had 2 hours and he finished in 1.45. Nice guy great customer service, would call again.

This is truly one of those companies that come out and give you a straight opinion of the situation of your garage repair. The first time they came out and repaired it it was no charge the second time there was a major repair and it was extremely fair pricing.

Our technician will provide a free estimate once the problem has been inspected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an appointment is made, our technician will arrive to the home. Once a 26-point inspection has been made, the homeowner will be given a free estimate and explanation of the seen problem areas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technician must pass a 9-week course that includes classroom education, real-life training on a life size garage door and actual field training and onsite repairs.
