Have a one garage, springs NOT broken but door is slightly crooked . Tech shows up , looks at it and says it needs new springs and that would fix even though my Springs WERE NOT BROKEN. Being in the garage people they are I figured they know what they're talking about and that would take care of the problem when he put the door back up have the same problem.
So the springs didn't fix the problem. Anyways make a long very short , CHARGED ME 600.00 for 2 of the side of the door springs installed ,. So I called the company they sent another tech out, No Help. . Nothing changed. I told him how do you justify putting new springs on a door when the springs that were on already perfectly fine but your tech told me that the springs would straighten the door out and they did it and yet I still pay you $600 and nothing changes.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are pitiful, HAVE LAME customer service and crooks..
IF I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I CALLED THEM I WOULD HAVE NEVER USED THEM BUT MY FAULT FOR NOT SEEING THE REVIEWS SO DON'T BE ME MAKE SURE YOU READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DECIDE THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU WANT TO USE.
