Overall, I had a good experience with them. I was quoted $195 in order to gain access to the garage. The lock had broken, so the Technician had to wiggle his way under the door. He said that my garage door would not be damaged in the process, but unfortunately, it was a bit damaged. He still charged me the full $195, but when I let the office know what happened, they refunded me 25% for the damaged door. Because of this, I would definitely recommend Rk Solutions! They made up for my disappointment, and that goes a long way!
