the boss, who's name escapes me, called promptly and promised to send someone in a reasonable time frame. Ben arrived on time and fixed the problem. in the dark... my garage is not well lit but we set up portable lighting and my garage door opener now works. Ben was friendly, focused, saw how to fix the GDO right away. i'm likely to contact again and have shared contact info with my neighbor.
