Technician was professional and knew what he was doing. He got my garagedoor up and running again. Amazing customer service, really cool guy.
Kept me kind of up to date of technician’s eta? Not that correct though. Would hope its a more correct eta so I’m not waiting with my garagedoor open.

My first impression was that the representative was trying to upsell me. But, after I questioned his price, he gave me a much more reasonable offer. He had the parts in his truck and completed the work quickly. As far as I can tell, he did a good job, and everything appears to be working correctly.
