Ruben was so workable when there were problems he solved them. You can tell he really likes what he is doing and knows the business. Ruben did an amazing job! We are loving our new garagedoor. He knows what he is doing and does his job well. You can tell that he loves what he does cause it definitely shows through his work. The garagedoor options that he showed us are all beautiful and we really hard a time deciding which one because there were just so many great options but Ruben helped narrow them down. Ruben is excellent to work with. He called me before he came out to let me know what time he would be arriving. He explained everything that they needed to do to changed out the old garagedoor with the new door. It was exciting watching them take the old door off. I always wondered how they did that. When he told me the price that was the solid price. No up sale. I really enjoyed my experience with Ruben and Corey I would highly recommend to anyone that needs repairs and new garagedoor.

Ruben is extremely knowledgeable about garagedoorinstallation and knows how to troubleshoot. He uses quality products that meet the client's needs and is very patient in answering all questions and working within my price, door color and installation parameters. He also gets extra credit points for listening to my neighbors who stopped by and asked questions. Some neighbors are the equivalent to armchair football fans (armchair "garagedoorinstallation" fans?)... I am extremely happy with my new garagedoor and operator!
So far, in sharing my experience and pictures of my garagedoor with friends, one friend is meeting with Ruben this week!

Ruben was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was so knowledgeable, professional, on time and honestly the nicest man I have ever met. We hired him to install 3 new garagedoors and after getting quotes from different companies he was not only within our budget but also includes warranties and just his knowledge alone stands out from all the rest. my pricing is based on the quality of garage door and operators I strive to give you the best pricing possible I do not charge tax when you purchase or repair Garage doors materials
when you pay cash or check , I am forced to charge tax when you use a card debit card or credit card I do not charge you the card fee only tax. if there's a deal I can give you just ask
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with new customers I try to find out what they're looking for and see if I have anything for their needs, no matter what what happens I do the best I can to help them for their needs in looking for a new garage door or a service to repair garage door or rebuild
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have some college education in training I've been to many training sessions in garage doors and gate operators, especially when it comes down to operators that are always changing more recently now most motors are DC driven motors with a backup battery
