I worked with Dan on our home remodel. We added 700 sq ft and basically changed the entire layout of the original floor plan. Dan was able to help me make crucial decisions by explaining the pros and cons of many of my options. He built very high expectations during his presentation. The attention to detail taken by his crew is unmatched. He was willing to work with me on new ideas that I had randomly researched. My highlight is the service we received, from first steps of design and shopping all the way to cleaning the entire house in the end, you can easily see that Dan & his crew been doing it for very long time. We will definitely work with Arkea in the future.

After meeting with a handful of local design build firms, I decided on this company for my interior remodel (kitchen and 2 full baths). The project manager Leron was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job, from plumbing to electrical to structural. The contract was very detailed and laid out the pricing of every single item down to the light switches. Leron was a very clear communicator and always let me know of any work that needed to be completed outside of that contract so that I could keep track of the budget easily. He was extremely responsive throughout the project, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response from him. The sub-contractors they works with are top-notch, and I never had any issues with quality or reliability. I absolutely love how the project turned out and highly recommend Arkea Builders. I plan to work with them again for future projects.

w floors downstairs, new stair rail installation, rewire of kitchen lighting and switches, gas appliance connection installation, removal of waste, new baseboard installed, crown molding install, and new light fixture installation. We started out design in June, ordered materials in August, started construction in October, and completed construction at the end of November. Excellent overall experience. The entire team was involved and responsive throughout the entire experience. All of the members were trustworthy and helpful, especially Athos, Leron and Will. Everyone of them was handled to our satisfaction. I will definitely be using Them again in the future to redo my upstairs and add in a pool. Honestly can't say enough great things. A must if you want to support local business.

Dan is an amazing Project Manager. He devoted a great deal of time to acquainting me with Arkea Construction via a current construction project in my neighborhood, and a detailed description and estimate for my bathroom addition. He is very accessible and reasonable and quite willing to adapt to all the client's choices. He also has stupendous references from clients who have worked with him multiple times. In addition, Sharon is extremely efficient in running the office and very helpful in being on top of details, relaying messages, etc. I am quite favorably impressed with Arkea Construction.
