I recently worked with Guadron Construction Group to create blueprints, obtain permits, and build an accessory dwelling unit, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. As someone who has little experience in the construction industry, I was nervous about the entire process, but Ray Guadron, who is both a real estate broker and a general contractor, put me at ease from the very beginning.
First, Ray worked closely with me to create blueprints that fit my needs and vision for the space. He was patient and attentive, and he worked hard to ensure that every detail was perfect before we moved on to the next phase of the project.
Once the blueprints were finalized, Ray took care of obtaining all necessary permits, which was a huge relief for me. He was very familiar with the local regulations and was able to navigate the process smoothly and efficiently.
