- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is generally cost plus a fee specified in the contract. Trasparent billing is weekly with copies of invoices and labor rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an appointment within 24-72 hours of the initial call, receive an estimate within 1-4 weeks of the initial meeting
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have degreed project managers and designers as part of our team
