We contacted Transcend Demolition when embarked on a new project. It was hard finding a contractor we could trust. From the day we met John, he was very helpful, informative, and genuine. We felt comfortable moving forward with him. What was a routine demolition project turned into a complete construction project. To our surprise John and his crew were very knowledgeable in the construction field. We ended up coming to an agreement for him and his company to take charge of the project (decision we do not regret), they made this project very simple for us. John took charge of the entire project making our doubts and stress fade away. Any bumps that arose, John and his team handled everything smoothly and quickly. The best part was we no longer had to deal with any subs as they were a one stop solution for us; demolition, grading, construction, clean up, and even did the moving for us. Great service, reliable, trust worthy, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
