- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing changes depending on the facility and the various lesson packages that are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First lesson is an analysis of a players swing. I find the root cause of their problems and attack that area first. I also find out what areas need the most work and address any goals the student may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by some of the best golf instructors in the world. I attend seminars and golf schools several times a year. It's an exciting time for golf instruction because technology is starting to reveal what the best players are actually doing, and I can relate that to my clients. I think its important for instructors to stay educated and open minded. One can never stop learning in this game. I have also played golf professionally and I know what it takes to perform at the highest levels of the game.
