It all depends on the requirements from the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like starting off with a quick phone call to get to know the customer. It actually helps me when designing a project. Then we can proceed forward with a simple questionnaire i use before getting started with any project i take on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pretty much self taught but i did take a 2 year course and completed in 2 months.
