Paid them to do a job they never did. They did not show up and did not answer their phone or call me to tell me they were not coming. "We are always on time, responsible, dependable and reliable, honest, and hardworking" that's just a straight up lie. These are the most disrespectful, unreliable people I've ever dealt with.

So far, I have only spoken with Strong Arm Movers by phone. Unfortunately, they were unavailable on such short notice, but I have lots of moving coming up. We shall see more on Thursday. However, good reply time and good professional attitude.
