I hired him to disassemble a couple of large, somewhat complex to me pieces of furniture in my home, and from start to finish, the process was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I first contacted Artak Handyman communication was clear, prompt, and professional. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry and easily scheduled an appointment that worked perfectly with my availability. On the day of the appointment, Artak Handyman arrived within the timeframe scheduled, which is a huge plus in my book. He was incredibly polite, friendly, and immediately put me at ease. It's so refreshing to have someone enter your home who is not only skilled but also genuinely kind and respectful. He took the time to assess the furniture and explain his process before he began. I was impressed by his careful approach and the way he handled each piece. He worked efficiently but also with great attention to detail, ensuring that no part was damaged and that all hardware (screws, bolts, etc.) was carefully organized. This level of organization is invaluable when you plan to reassemble the furniture later.
