I had a great experience working with him and would absolutely hire him again. My front door is over 20 years old, so finding a replacement handleset that fits perfectly isn’t as straightforward as swapping parts. He came prepared with a new lockset and quickly identified that the existing holes didn’t line up with modern hardware. Rather than forcing a bad fit, he took the time to properly modify the door, create a new hole where needed, and patch the old one so everything looked clean and professional. Communication was excellent from start to finish. He was responsive, showed up when promised, explained what needed to be done, and got the job completed efficiently. The new lockset works great, and the door feels much more secure than before. Overall, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. If you have an older door or a job that requires some problem-solving, I highly recommend him.
