We had a great experience with Blake (aka Bulat). We initially hired him to remove old floor tile and tile baseboards and install new tile with wooden baseboards in 2 small guest bathrooms. We handled removing the vanity, toilet, and fixtures ahead of time, and he took it from there.

We were so happy with the quality of his work in the guest bathrooms that we rehired him to do our master bathroom floor and baseboards as well. He even replaced some moldy drywall that was found behind the baseboard near the toilet.

You can either provide your own materials or have him purchase them and reimburse with receipts, which made things easy.

He’s easy to communicate with, friendly, and very respectful of our home.

We’re happy with the results and would definitely hire him again if we retile our kitchen in the future!

If you have the chance to work with Blake, hire him without hesitation! I needed a vanity installed but had a unique waterfall tile pattern that’s notoriously difficult to get right. I finally decided to go through with the project, but the first installer left the floor looking terrible—so I scrambled to find someone with real expertise.

Blake did what seemed impossible: he pieced the tiles together with skill and precision, making the repair absolutely seamless and undetectable under my old built-in cabinet.

He is a perfectionist and true master of his craft, and I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional work he did.

Bulat did a perfect job on the Jacuzzi tile panel opening and fixing the old opening area. Diligent work has been performed and completed on time. He went beyond to replace the Jacuzzi motor smoothly and closed the panel with the grout in time. Excellent job quality.
